Outing with a dear friend, Teoh Tee Hui (16 Aug. 2008)

'A friend is one who KNOWS us,
but LOVES us anyway'
--Fr. Jerome Cummings

Tee Hui (a sincere friend) and i have known one another since primary school. Although we did not communicate much during our schooling days, we however kept contact after high school and have grown closer since then.

When Tee Hui knew i was leaving for Australia, she organized a fun and relaxing day for us. First on the list was to visit the 'Petronas Twin Tower Sky Bridge' in KL. We woke up early and got to the Twin Towers at 8:30am... but much to our disappointment, we were too late (as the ticketing booth opens at 7am).... the place was filled with people and tickets were all taken.... =(

Not to let that wreck our day, we proceeded to Bangsar where we pampered ourselves with our first 'Fish Therapy' experience (which we have planned for weeks!!!). The 'Fish Therapy' was GREAT!!!... The fishes will nibble on your legs to eat your dead skin!! As we were the first customer that morning, i guess the fishes were HUNGRY... i say so because all of them in the pond came directly at us.... we were breakfast!!! We had a fun time and laughed so hard in the beginning as we were not used to the tickling of the fishes.. but when we settled down, it was like heaven.. Our legs were smoother and the therapy helped soothed our sole =)

I had a fun time with Tee Hui and will definately miss her heaps and hope our friendship will go a long, long, long way......

The crowd at the entrance of the 'Petronas Twin Tower, KL'.. all with one aim... to visit the Sky Bridge..

Tee Hui's face says it all... we were too late... =(

The 'Garra rufa Fish Therapy' in Bangsar'... the pond in the middle is filled with fishes where we are to put our legs in... it cost RM38 per person for half an hour and RM76 for an hour

A closer shot of the fishes in the pond.. some are quite big!

Before putting our legs into the pond, we have to wash and scrub our legs (from knee till feet) to prevent water contamination...

Now is my turn...

And now my turn....
